Here's a breakdown of our plan:

1. Perimeter of the Foundation:We'll meticulously inspect and seal any gaps or holes between the foundation and surrounding soil or landscaping, preventing mice from finding their way inside.

2. Underneath Siding:We'll seal gaps and holes in the siding and where the siding meets the foundation, denying mice a route of entry.

3. Bulkhead Doors:Proper sealing of bulkhead doors leading to the basement or cellar is essential to thwart mice from exploiting this common entry point.

4. Exterior and Interior Garage Frame:We'll address gaps and holes in garage walls and around garage doors, ensuring mice cannot infiltrate and access your living space.

5. Central Air Conditioning Unit:Gaps or holes near your exterior air conditioning unit can be exploited by mice; we'll seal these areas to safeguard your home.

6. Basement Windows:Our team will secure basement windows, eliminating yet another potential entry point for mice.

7. North Shore Wildlife (NSW) will conduct weekly inspections during the initial month, followed by monthly visits for a duration of 12 months. During these visits, we will thoroughly assess the effectiveness of our work and address any new entry points that may arise due to natural home expansion and contraction. Our commitment to maintaining the integrity of your mouse prevention plan is unwavering, ensuring your ongoing protection against mouse infestations.

As part of our service, we also employ humane trapping methods, including the removal of old traps and bait, and setting new ones as necessary to control the mouse population. Please note that our Mouse Action Program (M.A.P.) is designed to minimize infestations, and while we are committed to reducing mouse activity, full eradication cannot be guaranteed due to various factors.
